Can I get email accounts with my website?
Yes, email accounts (with Spam and Virus protection) are available at 1 EziPoint per month each (in bundles of 5). The charge will be deducted automatically from your Account Balance on the first day of each month at the same time as your Hosting Plan charge.
How is my Usage calculated?
Usage is calculated as you use your website, e.g. to update pages and upload pictures and files. It is calculated and deducted from your Account Balance in "EziPoints".

If you are on a Lite, Medium or Premium Plan your usage will be deducted from your monthly EziPoints allowance.

If you are on a Flexible Plan your usage will be deducted directly from your Account Balance.

How do I pay for my Hosting Plan top
Each website has an Account Balance (in EziPoints) just like a prepaid phone card.

If you are on a Lite, Medium or Premium Plan the charges will be automatically deducted from your Account on the first day of each month. You will receive a reminder email a few days in advance and need to make sure your Account Balance is sufficient to cover your monthly charge.

If you are on a Flexible Plan, the usage charges are deducted from your Account as you go. You will receive a reminder email when your Account Balance reaches the Recharge Limit you nominate.
You can recharge your Account whenever you want (see Recharging my Account). If you do not recharge your Account and your Account Balance reaches zero, some functions on your website will be disabled until you recharge your Account.
How do I recharge my Account? top
If you have the role of “Administrator” you will see a 'Recharge Ezipoints' link on the Administrator Console. You can use a Credit Card to re-charge your Account online.

Can I change my plan? top
Yes, you can change your plan at any time by contacting Ezi123 Support. Changes take place at the end of each month.
What happens if my usage exceeds the EziPoint allowance? top
You will be charged full price for EziPoints that exceed the EziPoints allowance for your Plan.
Is there a limit to the amount of excess usage I will be charged? top
Yes. The amount of excess usage will never exceed the amount of EziPoints that you have in your Account, minus your next month’s fee. So if you have $100 in your Account and you are on the $66 plan, then your excess usage cannot exceed $44 ($100 - $66 = $44).
What happens when my excess usage limit is reached? top
Before the balance in your Ezi User Account reaches zero you will have received at least 2 emails notifying you that your EziPoint Account Balance is getting low. If no action is taken and your Account Balance reaches zero, some functions on your website will be disabled until you recharge your Account. The website will then be automatically restarted.
How do I monitor my Monthly usage? top
On the Administrator Console of your website you will find information about your Account Balance and your Usage (current and prior months). You can analyse your usage by day, week or month.
Will my EziPoints expire? top

If you are on a Lite, Medium or Premium Plan, unused EziPoints expire at the end of each month.

If you are on a Flexible Plan, the unused EziPoints do not expire.
