This is the Ready-Built “Template Option” package. It includes a choice of an Ezi123 Ready-Built Website and 5 hours of design time to customise the existing website design with your logo, content (that you must supply) choice of skin colours; alternatively we will integrate a design you may already have. This package has an initial set of elements such as web pages, product pages, folders etc., with the option to add as many additional elements as you wish. You also get a Startup Guide, a Full User Manual and two hours of telephone support.

This is the Ready-Built “Custom” package. It has all the features of the Siver Package plus a fully customised graphic design, customised web pages style sheets, site map, security analysis, security role allocation, etc., three hours of one-on-one, hands-on training and two hours of telephone support. It allows you to choose the functionality of one of the Ready-built Templates, combined with a graphic design consistent with your corporate image.

In situations where a Silver or Gold Package and Add-on Options are unsuitable, it will be necessary to develop a Custom Startup Package to meet your exact needs. This is typically the case for more complex Solutions involving multiple locations, complex security models, migration of existing sites or training large numbers of staff.

We will help you assess the Startup Package you selected to ensure it will fit your needs. Use our EziCalculator to "size" your Website ongoing costs and have a calculator printout when you call. This involve creating the EziSite, EziXchange or EziShop Customer Solution Proposal and signing the Ezi123 Customer Service Agreement. |
| Note: The Solution Proposal defines in detail, the selected Startup Package, any Add-ons and the Work Plan (with completion dates and responsibilities clearly assigned between Ezi123 and your organization). The Solution Proposal allows us to accurately estimate the time and cost for implementing the solution, and provides the means for progress tracking. For jobs of less than 6 weeks duration, our normal terms are 50% on signoff of the Solution Proposal and the balance after acceptance testing and before your Solution goes live on the world wide web. Longer jobs involve a monthly Payment Schedule. |
