Email tutorial for Windows 98/2000
Adding an email accounts to Outlook or Outlook Express
This tutorial will show you how to add an email account provided by Ezi123, to your Outlook or Outlook Express email program in Windows 98/2000 .
Step 1:
Start Outlook or Outlook Express
and from the top tool bar click on '
Tools'
and then select
'Accounts'
Step 2:
On the new pop up window click on the
'Mail' tab
, then click on the
'Add'
button and select
'Mail'
Step 3:
Now type a
name
for this account in the space provided and click
'Next'
Step 4:
Type your new
email address
in the space provided and click
'Next'
Step 5:
Add the
POP3 and SMTP
detail that was given to you by your Ezi123 representative and click
'Next'
Step 6:
Here you need to type both the username and the password also supplied to you by your Ezi123 representative and click
'Next'
Step 7:
This is it; your new email account is now ready. Click on the 'Finish' button and create a new mail to send to your new account to test if you can send and then receive from it.
